This creme has helped with me somewhat severe and persistent skin problem. I knew it tea tree oil, but tea tree can be very harsh. For me, this product has been both gentle and highly effective. Burned my face, unfortunately
I've been using this for about a week, with increasing discomfort, today my face is red and burns like fire, especially my t zone. I usually use diluted tea tree oil on acne and it's worked well for me. I've never had a problem with any lotions or soaps before this.
