This is the only cream I've ever used that actually fades my red and brown spots effectively. I use it on my hands at bedtime and 70 years of age spots have disappeared. It really works for me especially on new dark spots. The spots start to fade within a few days of application and eventually disappear completely. Also worked on old spots but took much longer and the old spots did not disappear but still faded substantially.
