I LOVE this book! It is great for nursing students. It contains interventions along with their rationales for all NANDA approved nursing dx. The rationales are all cited in APA format which makes citing a breeze. A lot of the sources are from 2008. Shouldn't be a problem but I had one professor who wouldn't allow any of our rationales be more than 5 years old (seriously almost impossible). Another great thing is that it points out nursing specific interventions, multidisciplinary interventions and interventions that are evidenced based practice. Creating care plans are a breeze with this book. I highly recommend it.
I would recommend this book to anyone who has to write care plans. Awesome resource!
