We have absolutely no complaints with this microwave. We are using it in our home, and it gets used more than any other appliance that we own. We love the speed, the quality of build, and the easy to understand programing. It’s really superior to any that you will find in the big box stores.

Even though I provided a complete model number the part that looked as correct was 2" to short. Thus when taking the old one apart it would not fit. Was not able to return the old part to get by so junked the whole thing as well as replacement part.

A large microwave with the internal components I like -- it's large (for large dishes) and has the turbo defrost I like so much on Panasonic. Our old microwave was the same; but had stainless steel external components. The buttons, etc. on this one are all plastic. I hope it (and the external components) last 20 years as our last Panasonic did. Other than that, I am very pleased with this microwave.
