Missing parts and no after sales services
I bought a new pair and when I opened the box, there are 6 plastic foot only, two were missing. I tried to contact the Sanus ‘s company many times but no response. So now I can only install one stand with the plastic foot and spikes. The other stand just put on the floor with the metal base directly. It’s not stable and flipped as my wood floor is not flat completely. And its 2 inches shorter than the one with plastic foot, so looks unbalanced and ugly now. Just a nightmare.

The stand works great but it takes a little time to put together. Be sure not to tighten the base and top screws unless you check that it's level
