Very nice plans!
Plans are simple,illustrative, and diagrams and photos look very helpful. I plan on construction next month. Materials cost estimate is around $200, but remember, costs are very high right now, everything is pressure treated for ground contact, and I plan to do the seats and tabletop in composite decking instead of wood. Not overly costly for something that may last 20 or so years.
