Unlocks your phone, use Total Wireless to get phone service working
Let me tell you, I was really pleased with the way this service helped me out. There was a disclaimer that I would need Verizon service for 30 days to get phone calling service activated. But, when they sent me an unlock code for my G4 play (Verizon), EVERYTHING worked. The only reason that I could fathom is that I am using Total Wireless which is basically the same as Verizon wireless. So, if you are unlocking a Verizon phone, I would highly recommend Total Wireless as your go to, its really good.Verified purchase: Yes

At this price, it's hard to go wrong. But if there is an issue, I'm certain they would take care of you. I received an excellent level of communication. I needed to unlock a Verizon Prepaid Moto G4 Play. The code worked flawlessly. After entering the code, I had voice and data the same day that I purchased the phone. I know some have had an issue unless it's active on Verizon's prepaid network for 30 days. Great! hey it worked... even though the model is "MOTOXT1767PP" = "VERIZON MOTO E4" I used T-Mobile SIM (from iPhone) and powered on the phone and entered the unlock code, and in few minute everything started to work fine... DATA, CALL, TEXT (I can send the text to iPhone but cant Receive but that is because my number if activated for iMessage - one i disable it will work. not iMessage number Text works fine). I was able to update the Phone Update and software update. So far good.
