Disappointing ...Cannot connect to Verizon Jetpack 5Ghz MiFi
Very Disappointed. The unit may have a good size screen, and resolution, I find it lacks in battery life, and standard apps compared to the IPAD. While everyone around me was using their IPads, and phones, I was the only one unable to connect to the verizon MiFi 5Ghz, rendering the unit useless. You would think a Verizon Tablet would be able to have no connection issues, but needless to say it did. I traveled to the nearest Verizon store who informed that verizon Jetpack unit 6620L provides 2 settings 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz, and this Samsung unit only works on the 2.4Ghz. Switching the Verizon Jetpack unit to the 2.4Ghz, caused some issues as there were several units in the house that worked off the same frequency (cordless phone, and garage door opener). While others were able to connect to the 2.4ghz with no issues, my connection was unable to receive constant signal due to the other devices in the home using that frequency. Again, rendering the unit useless. It may be advantageous to provide such information for the buyer. This was a very disappointing investment!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
