Liked my other Weber so I bought another
1) Package was delivered early, and in good shape. 2) Assembly took about an hour; all parts were included and undamaged. 3) I have a similar Weber grill at a vacation home, which led me to buy this one. I've only used this new one once so far, but it fired up fine and cooked some burgers well. I really like the design of the weber grills re: cleanup and tank location. Not too big, not too small - just right!
We got rid of our 3 burner for a compact 2 burner. Nice little BBQ. Easy conversion to natural gas. Easy to assemble. Grill surfaces easy to clean so far. Only issue is propane tank hole in base. Planning to cover with suitable material, maybe a slab of stainless steel. Like the way the side tables fold down producing a smaller image when covered. First new grill in 15 years! Love It!
Grill is brand new. Assembled it in about an hour by myself. I watched some videos twice on You Tube about putting it together. Made it very easy. Weber makes it easy with excellent instructions. Tried it out. Temperature would only go to 200 degrees. It was my fault. I followed troubleshooting instructions to find I turned my gas on too fast, (a lesson I learned a long time ago but forgot). I disconnected the Propane Tank, let it sit for 10 minutes, reconnected the Tank. Turned it on slowly, and it immediately went to 500 degrees. Cooked pork chops and asparagus the first time. Perfection! Great Grill! This grill on Amazon, Lowe's, Home Depot, Ace Hardware is $509.00. Glad I found this deal! Very happy with purchase! Great quality grill
I couldn't be happier - and I got a great deal too. Got a check for Christmas to buy the grill of my choice (my old one was almost dead) and I knew what I wanted, but was afraid I couldn't afford the Weber. But with the great deal on eBay I could. The grill is wonderful - cooked perfectly first time out, fired right up. Assembly was not too hard, just take your time. It took this retired woman about 2 hours to put together by myself. This is the best quality built grill I’ve ever owned. This is Industrial Grade. Not like the other Webers I’ve owned. Usually, as the years go by, quality goes down.
