Substantial boost
While it did cause stomach upset for both me and my little one at the beginning, it also was the most substantial lactation boost I had from any product or trick I had tried. I split the dose in two and stretched it over the course of the day which helped our tummies. After a few days our stomachs adjusted and we still enjoyed the boost. The more water I am able to get in the more milk I can produce, although I'm sure that would be true regardless of my taking Premama. Oh! Okay - No Increase though
Tastes much better than the lactation teas out there for sure. Can't really say I notice a difference in my milk production on the days I drink it vs not. But I'm sure it works different for different women. Doesn't hurt production so I'll at least finish the box I purchased but probably won't buy again since I haven't really experienced an increase as hoped. Still worth a go for any mama trying.
