sticks to my car and jeep like it was welded on! screwed in my existing maxi antenna and with 1 adjustment got my SWR to 1.2, despite wind speeds in excess of 100 mph has not moved at all. good thing my oil damped maxi has a stout rod below the load or getting it off the car to move it to the jeep would be really difficult as it really takes hold. Great mount.

I placed this very strong magnet mount on my car's trunk lid. There is plenty of coax to route to the radio. I screwed a TramWSPSP63 Penetrator into it, snugged it tight, made the SWR test. The SWR is great, nearly flat from ch.20 to ch.40 and only 1.4 on the lower channels. This is an awesome set up. Drove 70 mph for several miles and it didn't budge. The magnet is so strong I chose to open my trunk, laying the antenna down, rather than try to remove it to enter my garage. The Penetrator is rather tall but this magnet mount holds it just fine.

Good design low profile keeps antenna from being top heavy. Nicely finished, powerful magnet looks good while staying fast to the roof of my truck. Easy vswr tuning with flat swr 1 to 40 channels. High quality coax RG58 A/U means center conductor is multi-strand instead of a single strand RG58 U.
