  • The worse AC unit I have ever had, next to a GE that I also have.

If you want to resurrect the dead put one of these in the cemetery, not only loud, and I'm partially deaf in one ear, but it makes an unbearably inconsistent humming sound, definitely not for a bedroom, maybe I got a bad one I don't know, it cools really good and would be good in a room where quietness is not a factor, but do not expect to get much sleep with this thing in your bedroom, an elephant snoring is probably quieter, I miss the Sharp library quiet series of air conditioners, I have a 10,000 btu one and on the high speed it is bearly audible the low speed is almost completely silent it is a fantastic unit but too big for my bedroom

  • Wished vents would move up and down

The only thing I don't like is that the vents that blow the cold air point upwards and u can't move them, the air goes under the curtain tops instead of the room.
