If anyone is wondering, this is a stiff plastic disc with a small hole in it and a bit of extrusion of plastic to grip the screwdriver carburetor adjustment tool. The hole is too small to fit most of the carburetor adjustment tools in a kit I purchased. It divisions are up to 18, so 9 is 180 degrees. Not understanding why that is as most of the time the adjustment is an eighth turn or quarter turn. I imagine it would work fine with an OEM Stihl screwdriver carburetor adjustment tool.
