Great kit!
I bought this kit to have a 6 in scale C-3PO figure for my Black Series line. I am very happy that this 3PO comes VERY shiny and metallic. The kit has 2 sets of arms, one set bent and the other movable. I did have the small connector break while moving the arms, so be careful. There are 2 heads, eye that is popped out from ROTJ, comlink (be careful not to lose it REALLY SMALL) that sets in a hand, removable back panel, and swappable chest plate (one with restraining bolt & one without). I'd strongly suggest any Black Series collectors to purchase this kit, it took a few hours to put together as it was my 1st and I was very careful about making very clean cuts with all of the pieces.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I love the idea of collecting maquettes and statues of iconic characters ever since I got the Gollum statue in the Two Towers collecters edition in 2002. But these items are usually very pricey, and I just can't get any enjoyment out of collecting Black Series Star Wars figures as they have so little detail on them. Bandai's series of Star Wars model kits are amazing. Sure I made some mistakes putting this one together, but it looks great when finished. You get a really detailed model afterwards that is a great display piece. I chose C-3PO because I thought perhaps the droids would work best with little to no obvious visual indications of the joints. But after putting this together I've already ordered the R2-D2 /BB-8 kit as well as the Stormtrooper one. Great display pieces at a great price. Great 6 inch c3po!
Fits well with other 6 inch scale figures and is the best c 3po in that scale. Very shiny so you'll have to wear gloves or clean it after building bc it attracts a lot of finger prints. Good kit for beginners or experts
For a "snap kit" the parts fit together remarkably well. Very thin line to show where the pieces are joined. In many cases kit designers at Bandai were able to hide entirely where parts are joined. Big plus for a kit like this which is gold plated is how the parts are attached to the runners. The contact areas are for the most part along the inside edge of the part so when you cut it away there is almost no loss of the plating. This unfortunately does not occur on each and every part but it's better that Bandai made the effort where they could. Great looking model when it's all build up.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
