Worth the money
Got the item within a week to Hawaii with USPS. Easy to setup. Works right out of the box. I wish there were playback controls on the remote. You have to use arrows to get to the on-screen control, then select. Excellent tech support. My friend bought the same one, but his did not have a certain add-on. Through chatting with tech support, they sent a link for the procedure. That didn't get it fixed. We called and they logged into the device and got everything fixed and updated. My other friends, who have a different type of box, were impressed with the tech support. It works okay!
Let me start by saying I am no expert on anything that has to do with computers. But i'm also not stupid. I watched several you tube videos on how to set this box up. Followed directions to the tee. But some of the stuff just does not work. I think it probably has to do with the amount of traffic on the internet, because it works pretty good at certain times of the day or night. First off, the screen resolution Sucks. Believe me, buy the $34.99 version, as it does EXACTLY the same thing. Heck, maybe BETTER. This here doesn't ain't worth the price it's asking for. I won't even Pay $10.00. Believe me, I just Threw Away $109.99, or basically put up in the closet and forgot about it. Geesh.... Heck, you shouldn't even read this, And if you are....
