    Find a different model

    The one thing it has that I like is the sound quality. That was the good. Now for the list of things that aren't good. 1: the led light never goes off even when you turn it off. 2: The distance before you have digital breakup is my back pocket or farther. 3: The usb plug cover is very hard to remove to charge it. 4: the magnets to hold the buds to the neckband are super weak. 5: The button placement could have been thought out more carefully. LG failed on this model unfortunately. This explains why most sellers don't offer returns.
