I had a copy of this book given to me years ago by a cousin who was in the army. I had lost it in a move and was very upset about it. It was great to find it again. The program is pretty straight forward and up front about not being easy. But workouts that are easy are rarely worth doing. Illustrations are very helpful in understanding exercises and charts make it eaier to keep track of your progress. No equipment to buy or set up save for something to do chin-ups on. I would recommend this program to anyone interested in a truely disciplined,fulfilling workout routine.
