OK for the price
Actually, the extension is not as good as other makes. This one uses an allan key to tighten the saw bit onto the extension. Others have a snap release that doesn't require a tool. This Bosch is less expensive, which is why I bought it. It is sturdy and OK for the price. If you are on a budget and careful with the key, then it might be a good fit for your tool box. Otherwise, spend a few bucks more and buy one that is key-less. (Now, where did I put that #@^% key??)
