Good item . only problem was my dog
It works as it should and I would have loved it if it didn't make any sound when my dog stepped on it. The plastic bottom part would kind of pop when I put her on it and she would jump off of that thing lol! So it's not the product but my dog, if she doesn't know what it is or if its new to her she will be afraid of it. That's just how she is . she wasn't use to that noise it made. So she would potty beside it not on it. I did try a few times with treats to get her to step on it but once on it when she went to walk it made that sound and so she jumped right off. She said I'm not using that I don't know what it is ! Lol so if you have this type of dog I wouldn't buy it. I end up giving it to my daughter for her dog she says he will potty anywhere! Also if you don't want to spend money on doggie pads you can just use newspaper on it it will fit. My dog is paper trained so she goes on news papers. Doggie Don't
We thought it would eliminate the leaking of putting the potty pads on the floor. Doesn't work. Our puppy still peed half on and half off! I think the unit should be larger as our puppy didn't like doing his "business" on the pad after he used it once. Too expensive to eliminate a pad for one time. Puppy potty
Pleased with the product overall. Since I didn't have it from the first I did have to do a bit more training but I love that it keeps the urine off of the floor. My only concern is that the pads tend to slide around but a quick fix it to put a small piece of tape between the pad and the holder. Puppy Pad holder is a Great Help!
This has worked well for my pup-in-training. She was chewing and playing with the “pee pads” before I bought this tray. Now she leaves it alone. I wish it came in a smaller size because she is a small girl - 8 pounds of lively pup and could be fine in a smaller crate. Perhaps the inventor will consider sizing them for training crates? 😛

Wish the handles secured easier

Seems to be working

Does what it's supposed to do well. Holds the pad in place and keeps the floor clean. It doesn't hold odors either. Quality is good for the price. My dog is 9lbs. And I bought the large holder.
