Easy Fix and Got Rid of Play
Had an additional washer that I didn't have on my old spout. This tightened up the spout to the point where it had zero wiggle but was hard to rotate, After a few weeks the spout still has zero wiggle and now rotates easily. The leak was completely stopped. Its an easy fix.
