Hard to find truck parts...found easily
My truck is the last year they made this body style and motor. I have had excruciating experiences finding some of the parts I have needed for. One parts I had to fabricate from two similar looking parts. There is one part that I haven't even found yet. When I started looking for this alternator bracket, all of the parts stores and junkyards said they don't have a listing for it so they can't even order it. The junkyards said all of these motors disappeared a long time ago. The Ford dealer said parts that old (1997) are not available from any dealer at this point in time. I was very, very happy to find one on eBay.
