Replacement DVD ROM Navigation GPS Player won't work
After spending $509.00 at the Honda dealer for them to run a "durability, AC and Electronics test to find out they "Recommend replacing DVD Navigation unit to start". I purchased this DVD Navigation unit to replace the original one. I installed it and still could not get navigation screen to come on. Went back to dealer to if they could find out what the problem was. After spending no more than four minutes looking/checking replacement unit they found that a small plastic " was broken off on the right-hand side of access door when door is opened. Luckily, I wasn't charged for this! I will be retuning unit and hope it can be repaced with a functional and usable replacement.
