  • Great American Knife

The quality of this American made knife is awesome. You can feel it soon as you take it out of the box. It is very well balanced and very sharp from the factory. Slices through thin newspaper like a razor. Fit and finish is excellent. You better get one soon because Buck is making a limited run of these knives and when they're gone the price will increase big time. I'm a knife collector and I would put this knife against ones costing three times as much. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

  • Redo of a classic.

My folks gave me over a these years (35) ago when I started hunting . As the official deer camp knife sharpener , I spend a lot of time honing blades - a little too much on my own 124. Developed a curve that I regretted creating on this awesome blade . Still have my original , with the curve , but now have a new straight one . Buck does and has always made awesome knives, specially their fixed blade . If you don't have a Buck , you're burning daylight Pilgrim !

  • Good quality Bowie style bush knife

This knife so far is holding a good edge and the Finnish/grind lines are very true and uniform for a factory knife. Looking for an entry level Bowie style knife ,I think this is a good choice for the price. The only thing I could think one may not like is the handle is on the large side. Finnish of knife and sheath is excellent. USA made and Buck reputation.

  • My new favorite knife.

The blade on this is well designed. It is as beefy as it looks in the photo. The handle is a little smooth, but the shape helps to make it stable in your hand. The only minor complaint I have is that the grip is a little square. It has a rectangular shape instead of being round. The corners of the rectangular shape are rounded off well. Still one of the better knives I have ever purchased!

  • Very good knife for all purposes!

Very pleased with the purchase. Very good knife, excellent quality, excellent materials, very sharp, easily cuts paper (vertically) quality and nice leather case. Convenient and reliable knife for a variety of purposes, from simple household to hiking in the wild. BUSK Company confirms its name. I highly recommend this model knife to anyone who is interested in it!

  • Best knife Buck makes!

This is such an excellent knife. I had to buy two. One to keep nice and the other to use. This knife has a full tang. Pinned handguard, scales, and pommel caps. The blade came Pretty darn sharp with an even grind. It is hallow ground. The leather Sheath is pretty nice. The only down side is the belt loop material is a little thin. Should have used 8-9oz leather instead of 5-6oz.

  • great knife

I don't know where to begin. First of all, it is a Buck knife and a darn good one! I have used this knife camping, hunting and even getting my truck running out in the woods! In my opinion, this is a great tool for the job and it holds and edge very well!

  • Kabar's are for sissies

Very strong knife. A made in U.S.A. Buck of good quality, that will last a lifetime if you care for it properly. $150 for a life of 50 years equals $3/year for a wood-chopping, meat-carving, hunting/fishing good memories. I love Buck knives anyway; this one will go to my son.

  • Buck 124

I bought a 119 when I was just a kid, and always loved it. I recently got a 124 for my birthday, and wow! The 124 is on a whole other level. Holding it in hand feels like holding a big steel .357 revolver, impressive and deadly.
