Basic, good value phone.
I use this phone with the extra line in my T-Mobile family plan to back-up my iPhone 13. I like the Galaxy A03S's large and bright screen, which is great for streaming TV and videos. The built-in 32GB RAM is sufficient for all of my regularly used apps. But the A03S is comparably large and heavy. The camera is also not too great.
