Real N95's, but expensive
Product was of good quality, and staff are reporting that the fit is comfortable, nursing staff believe these mask are actual N95's and quality appears well made and genuine. Price is rather high, but given the market competition for PPE at this time, we were willing to pay that high cost. Product was made in China, but delivered via Canada. Good protection, easy breathing, but uncomfortable
On the plus side, it's a surgical-rated N95 mask, so it's rated to filter out airborne bacteria and viruses as well as particulates. So it protects the wearer as well as others. It's also easier to breathe using this mask than using a soft mouth and face covering. On the minus side, it's expensive (I paid $54 for 3 masks) and is uncomfortable on the bridge of the nose if you're wearing it for an extended period. A life saver here in a Texas classroom...
I am in a classroom in Texas where state leaders seem to not respect the health of kids and teachers. Covid is here big time! My answer to extremely concerning, non-science based work environment was to seriously upgrade my mask. We must pay for them ourselves and this was affordable as well as super effective. I've been using them since the first day of school, and continue to practice lots of hand washing and social distancing whenever possible. Most protective masks!
I bought these masks because they are the best protection against the viruses. They fit snugly covering my entire mouth and nose, no gaps. Actually I use each several times. The masks are exactly as described! Excellent quality. Fast shipping! Very happy! It is not recommended but I did cut the bands on one of the masks and made them into earloops for quick run-ins into the store. Just thought I'd mention it for anyone who is having difficulty placing the masks over the head.
