Helps my aching elbow ...
I'm an avid golfer that can't quit playing long enough to let my "tennis elbow" (outside of the elbow) heal up. This little device along with a couple of over-the-counter pain killers makes play tolerable. This is my second aircast, and I'll continue to buy them as needed.
