The new Air Lift 1000 HD from Air Lift is a heavy-duty version of the air suspension specialist’s debut product, the Air Lift 1000 system. After nearly 70 years, the staple product has been upgraded to offer up to 2,100 lbs. of load-leveling capabilities. Specifically designed for drivers of 2019 RAM 1500 pickups, these custom-molded polyurethane air springs are simply inserted in the rear coil springs, no vehicle modifications required. Working with the vehicle’s existing suspension, Air Lift 1000 HD does away with many of the problems frequently faced when towing or hauling heavy loads, including squat, poor headlight aim, unresponsive steering, trailer sway, body roll, and bottoming out.

Excellent Product, easy install.
3rd truck I've used these on. Eliminates that bounce you get while driving interstates. Also eliminate sag. Installed on last truck for 2 years and never added air, ran them at 20psi - pulling a 32foot trailer @5,000+ lbs. On this 2019 Lone Star, the instructions were to remove the springs, I just folded and slid into place (with rear tires removed) and had plenty of room. took about 10 minutes each to install as the long part was jacking and removing tires. I am running these at 25psi which lifts the rear about 1/2" but with the trailer, it drops some. The tow is much improved. The one thing that would improve, would be to do 90Degree fittings at the top, the straight ones sometimes will pinch the air lines.

Installed the other night @work, went great unless you use manufacturer directions, used the YouTube video, dun in 1 hour.air tested @ 30 PSI no leaks. Lowered to min 5 PSI checked the next morning and Guage read 0 PSI,but it was also only 2 * in my garage, maybe in July it will warm up and this snow will be gone.

So far, so good.
The air bags are real strong, and not flexible as you see on the YouTube videos. I could not fit these through my springs. I found it much easier to just take the springs out and place them inside the spring, then put them back in.

Improved stability.
These air bags were an easy install. My RAM 1500 squat a bit too much with my 6500 lb travel trailer hitched to it. Using an Equalizer hitch didn't raise the truck to level. After inflating the air bags to 35 psi the truck and trailer came to level and ride stability was improved.

Short cut install
Easy install without removing the springs. Simply jack the truck up to expand the coil springs. Then, fold or roll the air bags tight and zip tie them to make narrow. You can then easily slide them into the coil spring, install the lines, inflate and you're done !
