Excellent versatile telephoto lens that produces fantastic bokeh at all focal lengths. Definitely the largest 70-200mm I've used, but quality overall is fantastic.

For fairly close shots, the images are sharp and look good. You can focus on the eyes and some of the face is slightly blurred, which makes for a nice effect. But for long distance shots, I was disappointed at the images. They look fairly cheap and grainy. For a $2000 lens I expected more. Not sure if there's a better lens on the market but if there is, I regret this purchase.

Optical perfection. Crisp, clear images. Easy to use and carry around. Native Mount with good reach. Definitely a keeper!

I had no idea how useful this mm range would be and it is much better in low light than other lenses in this range that I have used before. It is fairly large and heavy, but still manageable in handheld mode. The tripod shoe is removable and cuts down o the bulk. Very pleased with this lens.

I greatly underestimated the quality of this iteration of the 70-200 2.8. I feel totally blessed to have this lens in my arsenal now.

This is probably the best lens I've had as far as sharpness, speed, and all kinds of different settings that can be added. It's still a little pricy but worth it.

This lens is the flagship of the S series lenses for Nikon’s Z cameras. As such, it pairs well with the top cameras, such as the Z7II. A bit heavy for casual use, but it creates superb images.

This lens rounds out my arsenal of Z lenses for my mirrorless system. I have the same lens for my DSLR and I feel that the image quality is superior in the Z lens than the F-mount lens. Well made, whisper quiet, smooth zoom and the traditional solid Nikon feel.
