After having some trouble with my coolbot not wanting to play along I called the phone number on the box. The tech support was very helpful. It turned out that I just needed to adjust the fin setting and now my dead cow Ester is resting well. It took me about 20 min to install & program we are using a 8000 btu window unit to cool 6x10 room with 4” styerfom walls & ceiling took about 30 min to bring it down to 34 degrees.
