Great everyday product. A little goes along way!
Great product. it's a shame they don't offer this product in stores besides the crappy overpriced Axe hair products. I was using the pomade and started using this for every day since it is more of a matte look, natural. I have hard to manage hair. It's very frizzy so I keep it short, and use this great Layrite product. I use to use spray gel specifically for frizzy hair, but if you touched my hair, or if the wind was too hard, or certainly couldn't wear a hat, it would break the hold and go frizzy. Strong hold, easy wash
Holds like a much stronger waxier pomade, but without the issues of greasing up a workout bench and easy to wash out. I'd say it washes out like leave in conditioner which I usually use. Just heavy enough to add some structure but not overly stiff. Easy to work in and easy smell. Perfect for thick/coarse hair
I like to mix it up between this and Uppercut Deluxe with my hair. In my honest opinion if you have thick/coarse hair like myself I towel dry my hair and let nature take it's course and air dry. I'll then apply an amount about the size of a quarter and comb it in. Allowing your hair to fully dry keeps the volume there and doesn't let your hair lay flat.
