Laptop came new, no damage, and runs well. I purchased this laptop for business needs and light gaming. It comes with the laptop, charger, and several papers with information on the laptop. By far the best laptop you can buy for under $400, ensure you understand the specs of the laptop's processor (8th Gen Intel Core i3), RAM (6GB), Hard Disk Drive HDD (1TB), and if you are looking for gaming the graphics card (Intel UHD Graphics 620). Understanding this will matter for performance and capability. Expect for webpages to take a second to load especially if you are used to higher-end computers, this aspect should be expected for a laptop with these specs but is not an issue unless you really need lighting fast performance.
