Why plastic??
I used this exact lift on a previous truck just a couple years ago and it was metal. Perfect. Leveled the truck - Never failed. This 'newer' version is plastic. Maybe glass fiber reinforced - I don't know - BUT - Banging this thing off-road makes me very nervous. If it lives - I'll retract the 3-stars in a couple years from now.
