Mine was a new board in pristine condition. Great value
They said it was taken put of a functioning computer but it appeared to be brand new No indication it was mounted with screws no liscence of Microsoft Windows was assigned to the board New is not a bad thing it's a great thing . New board at the price of a very used board

Absolutely love this motherboard, dropped in a Intel i8086k and had overclocked to 5.3ghz with cheap AIO cooler in no time. Only con I may have found so far is possible low voltage on the USB connectors, still testing
