Extremely dangerous

I bought this trimmer BEHT150 and it worked fine and light weigh which helps a lot. But i accidentally cut the power wire by mistake, my bad...So it stopped working!, So i called Black and Decker to trouble shoot it, and they said they would replace a new one for me without any questions ask.
