I had ordered the same exact replacement cartridges. Installed them to find out they were not compatible. Firmware issues apparently. Had to order again. This set exactly. No worries. Worked great.

The ink was original packaging and unopened. It fit the HP 8710 printer perfectly. However it is older stock and wouldn’t allow the printer to work after the latest upgrade. I have now purchased new updated HP cartridges at full retail price and the printer functions as it should. Before spending money on these cartridges be sure your printer will work with them. Otherwise you will only create a sales transaction for the seller and an unusable purchase for yourself.

Factory ink is a great product. Finding it at a decent price hard. This purchase got me factory ink at a fair price. Keeping HP out of your printer program so you don't have to over pay is the key. My new laptop connecting with my printer let HP back in without my realizing it. I was stuck on an important peoject as HP blocked my ability to turn bi-directional communication back on so I can use remanufactured ink.

HP is the top product on the market, I just wish the ink did not cost so much. Living on limited income, it is hard to come up with enough money for all the ink.
