Very tight connection, excellent retainer clip securely retains the cables in an RJ-45 jack.
These are the best connectors I have found. I am not a pro but over the years I have hardwired my home network. The early connectors I used on CAT5 in 2005 were awful. I have been slowly rewiring my home with CAT6 and terminating my older wires with this new connector. I switched to a fiber network provider and I was very surprised that I am getting 1Gb on CAT5 but the new wiring will eventually all be CAT6 except for a 30 meter underground cable in conduit to the cameras/DVR.

If you need wire pass thru feature , you need these. So much easier to make sure wires are paired and fully inserted and helps make sure of good connection.
