It's a roll pan at a great price to replace rusted out ugly bumper
Looks to be of pretty good quality. No dents solid peace of steel. Wet sanded it smooth with 180 then some 400. Sprayed some high build primer then block wet sanded again with 400 then 800. Then painted and clear coated. Not to bad for rattle cans. Until I get a new paint job
