Making Better Ice Cream
Started making ice cream last summer. I wasn't able to get the ice cream soft and creamy. I figured out that the powdered egg yoke was the main problem. After doing some research I came across this stuff to replace the powdered egg yoke. My ice cream has greatly improved. This stuff helps bind fat with water and increase the thickness. I haven't perfected the art of making ice cream but I'm happy with what I can make now.
