Soft lining: Interior is lined with breathable and non-abrasive, padded velvet. Bell secured by hook and loop closure with soft padded divider between the bell and body. Rubber feet and runners: Sturdy custom-designed rubber feet and runners to protect corners and zipper from impact.
This case is sturdy, protective, and has pockets and slots for almost anything you'd want. The slim profile is nice, although it may have trouble fitting in certain lockers and overhead compartments. Do note that carrying the case via the included shoulder strap is extremely uncomfortable. In fact, the included strap is almost useless.
Do yourself a favor and buy the optional Pro Pac universal backpack strap, which is almost essential to make this case portable for any distance.
This is the only horn case I've found online that is backpack-able. Hans Hoyer has a nice case with build-in straps, but those are extremely difficult to find by themselves.
