No ability to lean back as chair does not have feature that almost all office chairs have.
This chair does not have the ability to tilt back. You sit straight up with no ability to lean back in the chair as most office chairs can. Also, the way the back tilts causes one to sit with a very straight back, so there is not the usual slant of the back that you would expect. Advertised as a "high back"; it is not; at least compared to others I've had previously Very narrow and the "back" lock does not stay in place. The seat cushion is so thin that, after sitting on it all day, I feel like I'm sitting on a piece of wood.
