1970s Health Food -- healthful for you, healthful for the animals
`Save an animal, cook meatless! The explanation of the philosophy is nice and thorough, and the recipes are often surprisingly good -- mixed with some that only an afficianado of all the ingredients could like. It's an adventure from cover to cover. No more Babmi for dinner...no more Thumper or Bessie or Porky on your plate. Save the creatures, go meatless!
