After reading about this from a neurologist and what it does to you I will no longer be using it. The side affects out weight the good it does. They increase growth of disease-causing bacteria called Clostridium difficile, which can cause severe health problems and even death. They cause gastrointeestinal disorders that go un recognized by many doctors. Before you buy these products, read up on them.
