I wear a headset all day at work, we get two choices of head band either the standard metal one or the earpiece. The earpiece falls off all the time it's probably just the way my head is made but most of my coworkers hate that one too. The metal headband sometimes gives me headaches because it stays on with a springy metal band that does apply a bit of pressure especially if you have a big head. I had to buy this one myself but it was worth it to avoid the headaches. I kinda had to scratch my head about how to attach the headset properly it just doesn't make sense if you've never used one before, but once I got past that (had to ask our phone tech crew) it's now very comfortable. Twenty bucks for what's basically a hunk of flexible plastic is ridiculous but it seems very sturdy and my employer is probably going to keep buying jabra products so it should last through a few new headsets as thankfully Jabra seem to be keeping the same headset bands (ie. they all use the same mount) through different units.Read full review

This was the perfect fit! I use this for work 8 hours and it is very comfortable compared to the headband and over the ear clip. They were so annoying to wear with this new headset because the newer model is much heavier. I have been wearing headsets for over 25 years! I hardly realize I have it on now. I have even left the building forgetting to take it off...
