Deceptive
I purchased this product with the assumption that using it alone would "cure up to 95% of split ends". Upon receiving the product, I was disappointed to read the fine print stating that it must be used in combination with Pantenes Splitfix shampoo and conditioner in order to achieve results. I assumed it MIGHT work even a little bit without using the shampoo and conditioner, but I was wrong. I still have just as many - if not more- split ends as when I started using it. All it did was make my hair really sticky and sort of hard to comb once dried.
