The MPLAB Real Ice emulator and debugger and accompanying standard driver board were brand new and worked fine. The low price at 40% off, I just could not find anywhere else and made this a great product purchase..

Good solid unit
Works well. Updates are available so don't worry about buying a used old one. Be sure to update though since more recent chips require some changes. I haven't seen any issues with the RJ45 that might have been around in the past. These work well for programming ICs.
