Verizon WILL NO LONGER ACTIVATE THIS DEVICE if you were still grandfathered in the VERY OLD 3G TRULY UNLIMITED Data plan. Works great with 3G, but not with 4G. Also it you use it for a long period of time, have a fan blowing on it. The unit can get hot which will shorten it's life. I received this item well before the estimated date of arrival so I was stoked about that, didn't have any problems setting it or or anything and turning right on. The battery was excellent that came with the device, although the charger wasn't the original and was a rather cheap one that broke on me, but I had the original so no worries there. I also noticed a sticker on the top of the device and peeled it off to find it was just to make the device look newer, although under the sticker was almost mint condition so no complaints.
