Poor quality output sound
The audio crackles for listeners, though the speaker doesn't have any idea that it's coming through badly. I got these to replace my older foldable Platronics headset, and it doesn't work. I don't know if it's the model or just this individual product (I bought it new but opened, which may have been a mistake).
