Best earpiece I've used so far.
It's very easy to use and connects quickly with the phone. Most of the time, the reception is good, but I have had people complain that I seem like I'm talking in a tunnel. This is my 3rd Elite Flip. First one was lost, The boom failed on the 2nd one, and I just got the 3rd one. This one seems to lose its connection to the phone sometimes. The jury is out on it. I love the design of this headset. The fact that you turn it on/off by flipping open the mouthpiece is cool, compared to others that you have to fumble for a tiny switch. It streams music, which is the primary reason I bought it. It's highly recommended that you turn the volume WAY down before putting it up to your ear, because the "welcome" sounds & voice will blow out the standard ear drum! It also comes with various clips & earbuds, thus giving you an option to which is more comfortable for you. My reason for only 3 stars: it is mediocre, at best, as a phone bluetooth. I can hear the person on the other end ok, but every single person with whom I've talked said that there is a HORRIBLE echo on their end, and that they hear about every other word I say. I chose Motorola, as they have been a longtime communication icon, and I figured they would have such kinks worked out, but not so much. Again, if all you plan to use it for is streaming audio, it's good. It takes less than 2 hours to charge it fully, which allows you around 6 hours of usage.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Best Bluetooth owned thus far.
I have had several Bluetooth headsets and this model was by far my favorite. It lets you choose with device to call on if you have 2 phones connected... Haven't seen that feature on the newer bluetooths I've used. I'm still looking for something new but this unit will always be by my side. P.S. This is my second one....
My first one is awesome and lasts for 6 hours so I always have one charging while I'm using the other one. It comes in handy when my friend and I play WOW over the phone. Or just when I need the use of both hands, vvacuuming, taking dogs for walk, doing dishes, cleaning etc It is very easy to pair up, especially now that I have a MotoE, but was no problem with my Samsungs. Flip Bluetooth
I bought this for my mother. She loves the design and easy to use. However the piece now gets really hot after about 5 minutes. She nor I have never had this happen to any Bluetooth we have ever used before. So now I have to find her another Bluetooth which is to bad.
