Good so far
Bought this phone to replace a Lumia 810 that was dropped and damaged the camera. So far this phone is a very good replacement. It came with the screen in good condition and a good battery and charger. There was some sediment inside the casing around the speakers and grille but was able to clean and speakers work with no problem. This phone comes with Windows Phone 8 but can be upgraded to Windows Phone 8.1 using Preview for Developers app from Microsoft and Windows Phone 10 using Windows Insider app from Microsoft. But neither upgrade provides wifi calling from T-Mobile. All-in-all a good phone for Windows users even though it is discontinued. Unfortunately developers have not created the variety of apps available for other phones and Microsoft has been slow to expand new Windows phone availability for US mobile providers.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Quality vs Integrity.
There are very much security concerns about this operating system, certain apps are not available including some that i need on my cell phone, I get prompted about bad sites after the fact; i needed shut down the unit to get out of the way. Worst than the 521 Lumina
I was upgrading from the 521 Lumina, but found out I downgraded from the 521. The ONLY thing better than the 521 was the 8mp HD video it captures and a front facing camera. Everything else is horrible. First off, all pictures you take cannot be downloaded into a computer via a cable. you have to blue tooth connect to do that, also you can get certain apps like Cortana or weather channel. Also there is no separate audio function for cell phone ringing or your alarm to wake up by and the audio is half the loudness as the 521. From my experience it's alright. I went from iPhone 6 to this. Only down fall is I can't get whatever app I want on this phone. Like snapchat does not exist in Windows shopping market. No GPS feature
I was expecting a GPS feature like the Nokia phones I had before. This one does not has HERE MAP nor HERE DRIVE, and you cannot download and install them from Windowsphone store.
