Not happy
Looks very professional in the box, however you have to really wear this.The truth is you can never where this properly, as there seems to be a design flaw. The ear piece is too long, can damage the ear canal and the metal piece which is supposed to stay fit with the unit, never stays firm. The answering button is so hard, and the ear hurts. I nomatter what you do the mic piece falls down below the chin. I took a risk and paid a large sum just to bring it here, thinking it was a great product, but got screwed in the end. the company needs to check for changes. Looks like this was not even tested before distribution.

Great product! Still wish for wired option
This bluetooth is really good. My belief is the output on the wired model (discontinued for modernity) was broadcast quality. I hope the etyBLU2 is tough enough to last a couple years. Best all-around headset for phone calls by miles & miles...
